God made people for companionship and sets the lonely in families (Psalm 68:6). Jesus knew loneliness, and the church is meant to be a family.
Mainline churches differ on medical aid in dying, and all support hospice, pain relief, and the freedom to decline burdensome treatment at life’s end.
